Adnoor offers shipping all over Canada for our customers.

Shipping Costs

We determine the costs of shipping according to area we are delivering in. Any account that is overdue will incur a 2.5% monthly service fee. Prices might change at any time without notice. Each NFS check will incur a $50 fee. All returned items will be subject to restocking fees. 

Free Shipping

Our customer’s convenience is our greatest priority and, therefore, Adnoor offers free delivery for all orders made within Canada. Furthermore, orders that are over $100 are shipped for free. 

Our Processing Time

All orders that Adnoor receives on business days will be processed within 24 hours. We will verify the order, assure quality checks, and complete packaging of products so it is ready for shipping. If an order is placed after business hours, it will be processed on the next business day. For your convenience, our business hours are also mentioned below:

Mon – Fri: 9 am – 6pm

Sat – 10 am – 5pm

Sun – Closed 

Our Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the time taken for the order to be shipped to the destination from our warehouse. This usually takes 2 to 4 days but depending on varying circumstances, the shipping time may take longer. Until full payment is not made, the ownership of the products remains with Adnoor.

Damaged Shipments

For any damage that takes place to the items during transit or delivery, Adnoor will not be responsible. For any items damaged during shipment, please contact the shipping provider. Adnoor will not be responsible for any damaged products, that are not kept at the instructed temperature. All nuts and dried fruits are advised to be kept between 0-4 degrees Celsius (32-34F). In case of any damages, Adnoor needs to be reported in 5 business days or we will not be responsible.

Holiday Seasons

Due to the high volume of orders and slower postal service during peak holiday seasons, parcels may take a little longer to arrive. Please allow enough time when making an order. Our customers are our top priority and we apologize for any inconvenience.
